If there’s one thing my sisters and I have inherited from our parents, it’s a love of old castles. And it just so happens that Sandrine lives fairly close to one, so of course we had to visit it. It’s mostly in ruins, though parts of it have been restored; it’s still used for various events and has even featured in episodes of Doctor Who (I definitely geeked out about that last bit). Normally there are dragon statues out front, but they had been temporarily removed when we were there. There were still plenty to see though:
These are the last pictures I took on the trip; the rest of it was mainly spent hanging out together (and Sandrine and I went on a trail ride).
I don’t have anything new just yet, but show season has started again, and I have some ideas for photoshoots, so I will have some new pics very soon.
